建議思路：I tend to disagree

不可否認，一些特定的工作的確是更適合某種性別。

1. 男性的體力普遍比女性的強，所以體力為主的工作例如搬運，捕魚等就更適合男性。在相同的工作長度下，男性的效率會比女性更高。

2. 女性的耐心普遍更好些，所以涉及更細致的工作例如刺繡，護士等更適合女性。

但是現(xiàn)在很多工作都有機器，科技等攝入，工作中由于性別特質而帶來的優(yōu)劣已不是非常明顯。

1. 現(xiàn)在體力勞動已大部分由機器替代，人類主要工作是操控和監(jiān)管。個人體力的優(yōu)勢已逐漸不影響效率。

2. 很多細致的工作也有科技參與例如手術等，所帶來的優(yōu)勢比單純的性別中的特質更具有可靠性。

3. 而且一個工作的成果也并不是完全由某一種性別的人決定。很多時候都是男女混合。對于性別不存在特殊性。
